When you love/like someone, you can add them to your bookmark list. It's easy for you to access their profile, and let them know you are bookmarked them. (Normal member allow to bookmark maximum of 10 members only, verified member allow to bookmark up to 30 members)

Visit the member's profile, and click on "Add to Bookmark" link.

Visit your account, and click on "Book Mark" link. Then select the member, and click on "Remove" to remove him/her from the bookmark.

- How can I earn point?
a)As a verified member, you can request virtual point whenever someone sending you an email. Normally member will receive a lot of junk/joy mail from other members, this will make sure you receive message from someone who are serious. If A set 5 virtual points, B want to send mail to A, then B will lost 5 points, and A will get 5x0.9=4.5 points, the 0.5 (or 10%) will go to Dating.com.my
b) Refer friends/someone to join Dating.com.my and you will get 1 point. You will get extra 3 point if He/She become verified member.

- How do I add a photo?
Option1: Login your account, click on "My Profile & Photo" link, then click on "Upload", and upload photo directly from your computer. One approved, your photos will be posted. It should take up to 72 hours to process.
Option2: You can mail it to us. Remember to include your nickname and details.

- What photos is considered unacceptable?
a) Nude, obscene, sexual or otherwise offensive photos

- Why I cannot create or join the dating event.
a) Please ensure you have login to your account.
b) Due to safety reason, only verified members can create or join the dating events. (since normal members are still relatively anonymous)

- How do I create the dating event?
Step1: Login to your account
Step2: Click on "Dating Zone"
Step3: Click on "Create Dating Event"
Step4: Fill in the Dating Name and Details, and then submit.
Step5: Click on "My Created-Dating Event" to check the status, or choose one of member to date with you.
(Please note the dating event will not immediately make live on the search/browse result, it need to get reviewed by our staff first)

- How do I join the dating event?
Step1: Login to your account
Step2: Click on "Dating Zone"
Step3: Search/Browse any Dating Event suits to you.
Step4: Answer the creator's 3 questions and leave a special message, then click on submit.
Step5: You may check you status by clicking on "Joined-Dating Status" to see you win the dating events or not.

- What is the 3 Questions all about?
The creator can make any of the 3 questions that he/she would like to ask the other members who wish to join his/her dating event. If your answer is very much close to the answer that creator think of. You will get more chance to win that dating event.

Verified Members
- What is verified members?
Basically, it means the member has been verified by dating.com.my.
A verified member who submitted a copy of their IC and
driving license to us for verification. And also they submitted
the following information to us.
a) Telephone, Home or Office Number
b) Home Address
After verified:
IC Number, Real Name, Birthday, Gender and Contact Details Cannot be modified.
If you need to update or modify this info, please write to support@dating.com.my and stated the reason.
A verified members will have a special icon( ) attached to their profile.

- How do I become a verified member?
Step1) Login to your account
Step2) Click on "Become verified member" link
Step3) Fill in and Submit the requested information
Step4) Submit your IC/Driving License to us
Step5) Pay for verification fee, and verify your mobile phone number by sending SMS: DA VERIFY NickName Password and send to 32300. eg. DA VERIFY John pass123 (Charge: RM1.00)
Step6) Our Staff will contact you to conduct the security verification.
Step7) Done.
